Ma Foi Malaysia Sdn Bhd, fully owned subsidiary of Ma Foi
Management Consultants Ltd has commenced operations at Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia.
The company is a HR BPO with focus on providing Human
Resource Information Systems (HRIS) solutions that will cater
to the needs of Malaysian market.
In India Ma Foi's operations is located in Chennai with a 120
seater facility and Ma Foi Malaysia Sdn Bhd is the second BPO
unit Ma Foi has launched in two years.
On Malaysian operations, K Pandia Rajan, chairman of Ma Foi
Malaysia said, 'this facility will help Indian Corporates
expanding in the region, global majors setting shop in
Malaysia and also the local Malaysian firms. Ma Foi will take
care of their HR support needs of the companies enabling them
to focus on their core areas.'
'We are confident that Ma Foi's rich experience in the field
of HR and HR automation will benefit all the companies
expanding in the Asia Pacific region. The twin BPO centres
will give Ma Foi the disaster recovery back up too.'
The BPO unit located at Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur will be
developing HR Information System Solutions, Payroll Solutions
and Resume Management Solutions as its offerings. Ma Foi
Malaysia Sdn Bhd has already bagged two international
clients, a UK and an Australian based MNC.
The Malaysian operations will be headed by Kamal Karanth, CEO
and the initial team at Malaysia will compromise a nucleus
from India and will be further strengthened with Malaysian
staff
