Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, a leading private
healthcare services provider, has announced the third quarter
net profit (profit after tax) at Rs 111 million. This
represents an increase of 11 per cent compared to the
corresponding quarter last year. The company's revenue for
the third quarter stood at Rs 1.49 billion representing an
increase of 18.4 per cent over the corresponding quarter last
year.
Comparing the first nine months of the year 2004-2005, the
net profit increased to Rs 368 million from Rs 283 million.
An increase of 30 per cent compared to the corresponding nine
months period last year. The income for the first nine months
of the year 2004-2005 had increase to Rs 4.38 billion from Rs
3.66 billion. An increase of 20 per cent compared to the
corresponding nine-month period of the previous year.
