 The
Chennai Branch of the National Institution for Quality and
Reliability organized a lecture on ISO 9001:2000 - Foundation
for Integrated TQM and Total Knowledge Management for Total
Quality Management. The lectures were given by R Chandran,
Lead Auditor ISO 9001 -2000 Quality System and Service
Provider, National Secretary, NIQr Chennai and Dr. N
Rangaswamy, Director IKPM, Jt. Secretary, Member NIQR HQ.
The Lectures
were organized in the NIQR conference Hall, Nungabakkam High
Road.
