American Sentinel University - Time to Learn
The American Sentinel University general education curriculum offers
courses in a
variety
of disciplines that provide a strong foundation for a well-rounded
education. Supporting our educational philosophy, the curriculum
covers the fundamental academic disciplines of mathematics, science,
social and behavioral sciences, the humanities, and written and oral
communications.
American Sentinel University graduate programs provide the best of
traditional programs—recognized faculty, regular interaction with
faculty and fellow students and relevant content that is meaningful to
students’ careers—with the flexibility of an online program. American
Sentinel University students bring significant work experience to the
programs and seek to enhance their existing careers.
Time to Learn
You are a working professional, juggling your work, family and social
life, trying to get ahead and fulfill your career goals. You don’t
have time to attend a traditional classroom—taking hours out of your
week to commute to a central location and learn at specific time and
place. That is why American Sentinel University provides high-quality
learning in an online environment, allowing you to choose when, where
and how you learn.
Cutting Edge Programs
At American Sentinel University, our business, technology and health
care programs undergo constant improvement to deliver up-to-date
learning that is immediately relevant for you. More than 53 full- and
part-time faculty are working literally around the clock to update
curriculum and create new programs that meet professional and job
requirements at your point of need.
Maximum Flexibility
With our programs, you choose how and when to learn. We offer online
faculty-led lectures and discussions over the internet, self-study
courses and the latest technology-driven educational innovations, such
as simulations and other forms of interactive learning.
Nurturing Talent
At American Sentinel University we focus relentlessly on nurturing
talent--your talent. We were founded on the principle of bringing the
best traditions of American education to those who, for reasons of
time, geography or cost, could not otherwise benefit from it. We put
the student--you--at the center of everything we do. We nurture talent
in every part of the university--students, alumni, faculty and
staff--to create opportunities where talent can flourish.
Academic Integrity
As an accredited university, American Sentinel University has met the
stringent tests of academic peer review. Academic integrity is
assured. From our founding as a Vanderbilt University Technology
Company to today, we focus on your critical need for best-practice
education: time-sensitive, cost-effective undergraduate, graduate and
certificate programs.
