Applicant must be a U.S. citizen attending school in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Washington. Applicant must submit transcripts, essay and three letters of recommendation.
