Accidents happen - which is why your skills and training in Auto
Body Repair will never have a shortage of work. You'll be able to
repair dents and other structural damages using your welding,
cutting and painting skills. Just as important, you'll learn to fix
other common accident related issues such as frame, suspension,
alignment, brakes and electrical problems. Collision repair is a
skill you master with experience - that's why you'll be working with
cutaway cars and body parts, designed to simulate situations
described in your textbook. Many of your classes will take place in
a body shop/lab environment where you'll work with the same tools
and techniques you'll use once you graduate.
High Performance
Start your engine for a fast-paced job working with today's
exciting, high performance vehicles. You'll get in-demand skills
that can prepare you to work in a modern performance shop. There's
no second place in this field - you'll spend your time working with

shocks and brakes, you'll be refining the skills that give engines
the extra muscle to perform. By the time training is complete, you
can have what it takes to be job-ready for a variety of positions in
high-performance and repair - qualifications that can put you in the
winner's circle.
About Nashville Auto-Diesel College
Nashville Auto-Diesel College (NADC) was established in 1919. Our
first course of training was auto mechanics. Originally, students
came only from the Nashville area but our market area has gradually
expanded to include all 50 states and 62 foreign countries. In 1935,
we added the diesel engine to our curriculum, and in 1946, we added
Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology (Body and Fender). In
our history we have also taught Radio Repair, Refrigeration, and Air
Conditioning. We have been approved for the training of veterans
since 1946, and about 30 states use our school for the training of
the disabled through vocational rehabilitation.
