spine.
Seats & tables should be adjusted so that the spine can
retain its natural upright posture.
It is also advisable to use a reading desk with a sloping top
when reading or writing.
Physical Exercise

by the symptoms and pain.
Regular exercise and walks promote circulation that will have
easing effect in the affected neck tissue.
Loosening-up exercises will make the spine more flexible and
strengthen the respective muscles.
The exercises should not cause any strain, but if you
