SELVARAGHAVAN, is back with another promising film "7G
Rainbow Colony" after the highly acclaimed "Kaadal Kondein".
The movie has Sonia Agarwal and new face Ravi Krishna as the
lead pair.
Reportedly, based on a real incident about an irresponsible
youth who transforms into a "Man". The movie promises an
explosive love affair set in the backdrop of a housing colony
in Chennai.
This is what Selvaraghavan says about 7G Rainbow colony.
"When I was about 17, I was a resident of a colony in K.K.
Nagar. There I came across a girl who was 15. I was attracted
to her although there was no affair. Also I came across
people of different religions, cultures and customs. Living
in a group like that gives one a rich experience. My film is
based on that. There is also a beautiful love story running
like a common thread. If I can make the people get involved
with the film, make them identify themselves with the
characters I will consider that I have achieved something.".
He adds that 7G is not as complicated script like his earlier
work "Kadhal Kondaein".
Ravi Krishna is the son of producer A. M. Rathnam, who is
also producing the film. Sonia Agarwal is expecting the film
to surpass all box office records. Aravind Krishna is the
cinematographer and music has been scored by Yuvan Shanker
Raja. Story, screenplay, dialogue and direction are by
Selvaragavan.
