Review
Manibharathy, who made his
debut as a director with AVM's Anbae Anbae is back
with his next venture Andha Naal Nyabhagam, an app ealing
love story which has been derived from a real life incident.
Ramana, who was introduced in Meesai Madhavan, is the
hero and Sridevika of Ramakrishna fame is his love interest.
Gurumoorthy (Ramana) a boy, who lost his
father during childhood, lives with his mother. He is a
hard-working and intelligent student, but cannot afford to
continue his studies. On knowing his financial condition, his
Professor (Thalaivaasal Vijay) comes to his rescue and helps
him to complete his engineering degree. Meanwhile, Guru falls
in love with Raga (Sridevika), without knowing that she stays
next door. He has seen her in a railway station. Later, when
he comes to know that Raga is his neighbour, he feels happy
and proposes to her. Initially, Raga doesn't accept his love;
later on knowing his good intentions, she accepts his love.
When both of them decide to get married, Ritha (Teja Shree)
enters the scene. Ritha is the daughter of his professor,
mentor and godfather. She likes Guru, has a crush on him, and
wants to marry him. The rest of the story is whether Guru
will marry Raga or his mentor's daughter Ritha.
Ramana has done a commendable job in this
film. His face expressions, dialogue delivery are very good.
Sridevika has done a good job in the film. She is very ease
at handling romance sequences. Tejashree has done full
justice to her role. The director has created the characters
with utmost care which makes the film interesting. While the
half moves interestingly, the second half lacks pace.
Bharadhwaj's Music and Sethuraman's cinematography are
average
