'Jithan' is the launching pad for Ramesh R B Choudhary's second son in Kollywood. The Basic plot of the movie is similar to Ram Gopal Varma's movie 'Gayab'. The film has a steady pace, but whatever twists and turns the script goes through are predictable.

Story:
The film is all about Surya (Ramesh) who is teased by everyone including his mother (Nalini). He has a crush on his next door girl Priya (Pooja) but he does not have the guts to tell her about it. Ajay (Mukesh) loves Priya and they are soon to get married. One fine day, Surya is very upset with his life and he could disappear. Surya narrates his woes to a statue found in the beach. He is given the gift to be invisible. Next minute he becomes invisible. In the invisible form he begins to wreck havoc in the love life of Priya and Ajay. Thamizharasu (Sarath Kumar) DSP is deputed to trace out a bank robbery done by Surya. This leads him to Surya. He plots to trap Surya using Priya as bait and take him alive. A wrong move by a colleague of the DSP leads to Surya being shot dead.

Performance:
Debutant Ramesh as the complex and obsessed lover has given his best. Pooja is a delight to watch. She doesn't lag behind in expressions either. Sarath Kumar in a cameo role has performed well.

Music:
Srikanth Deva's remix songs are good to listen.
Verdict:
Average.
