A Miss India who followed her sister - Shilpa Shirodkar - into films, Namrata Shirodkar is still struggling for a foothold in Mumbai cinema after disastrous films like Hero Hindustani. Two films which have improved her star status recently are Kachche Dhaage, where she played the city slicker against Saif Ali Khan and Vaastav with Sanjay Dutt. If promos of her new movie Pukar also starring Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit are anything to be believed, she sure has a promising career ahead.
