Former Indian cricket captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi has
been granted bail by a Jhajjar court against a surety amount
of Rs 50,000.

taken to his residence in the posh Vasant Vihar locality by a
team of Jhajjar police.
The Registration Certificate (RC) of the Maruti Gypsy
allegedly used in the hunting was recovered from his
residence. The vehicle, registered in Pataudi's name, was
earlier impounded from the premises.

Pataudi was then taken back to Jhajjar, where he was
hospitalized after he complained of chest pain.
He was admitted to the Civil Hospital at around 9:30 am (IST),
where he was examined by a team of doctors.
Meanwhile, the court has also allowed two NGOs- Wildlife
Trust of India and People for Animals to assist the Public
Prosecutor in the case.
