Founder Mani Krishnamurthy
launched Congruent in 1994 as a services and contingent
staffing company. Having spent his career as a programmer and
offshore custom business application development consultant,
Mani focused the company's approach on finding the best
technical, fiscally responsible solution possible.
To accomplish this, Krishnamurthy leveraged his personal
experience of dealing with outsourcing vendors, consultants
and contractors to create a culture aimed at providing the
highest value to Congruent's customers. This meant
introducing the highest level of quality, including a
thorough recruiting screening process, product implementation
via detailed research and designs, and software development
via rigorous design, code walkthrough's and testing
processes.
Krishnamurthy has been in the technology industry since 1983
and has been involved in offshore and project management
since 1985. Today Congruent, under Krishnamurthy's leadership
and vision, has expanded their services to include:
