INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh green ginger-shredded
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
METHOD
Scrape the skin off the ginger and wash well.
Slice ginger thinly along width, then slice further into
shreds as thin as possible.
Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well. If the ginger is
tender, it will turn a light pink as soon as the lemon juice
is added.
