INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup crushed rice
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds-roasted and powdered
METHOD
Blend the ingredients in a blender. Fill in tall glasses and
serve.
You can add chopped coriander leaves or other flavours, if
you so desire.
